I consider all e-mails or communications coming from or concerning Facebook as being junk and trash. However, more and more companies try to bind their customers with offers on Facebook. One of these companies is a travel agency which I have used extensively in the last couple of years.
I hope they will not insist on following the Facebook road, because to me that will be a valid reason to cut off all contacts and to take my customership elsewhere. It's about the only freedom I have left.
